Tian Han is the visionary founder of Talinga Construction Group. With over 10 years of experience as a structural engineer, she has a deep understanding of property markets and client needs. Tian excels in translating and realizing customer requirements through careful design coordination and review processes. Her extensive network of subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants supports timely, cost-effective project delivery.

Yangyang Lu brings extensive experience in human resources, process optimization, and financial analysis, playing a critical role in the organization’s smooth operation. She established and manages an efficient ERP system that facilitates seamless team communication, allowing Talinga to adapt to new opportunities and evolving business environments effectively.
Rudy
Manager
Financial & Operational
Rudy leads the project management team, overseeing cost estimation, contract management, and approval coordination. With over a decade in construction, he brings expertise from landmark projects, including $170 million high-rise buildings, to luxury homes. Rudy’s expertise includes handling materials such as precast concrete, post-tensioned concrete, structural timber, and lightweight steel. His team ensures effective supplier communication to optimize costs and delivery times, overseeing budgets and quality control.
Ethan LI
Construction Manager
Ethan manages construction operations, delivering projects efficiently and with high quality. A UNSW graduate and former structural engineer, his consultancy experience enhances his project and program management skills. Ethan leads high-end and multi-dwelling projects ranging from $100,000 to $10 million, with his team exceeding performance expectations in cost, time, and quality control across residential and commercial builds.
